BlackParademerch is dedicated to providing a trustworthy shopping journey for all customers. Please take a moment to read through our official terms covering order cancellations, product returns, exchanges and refunds before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations


Cancellation requests are only valid prior to shipment.

All cancel applications must be submitted within 12 hours after payment is completed.

Once an order moves into processing or shipping status, further cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Approved cancellations will incur a 6.9% service charge plus a flat $1 administrative fee.

Return Policy


Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase or 14 days after successful delivery, whichever comes first.

All returned goods must be unwashed, unworn and kept in original condition, along with intact packaging and attached accessories.

Return delivery fees are covered by the buyer, except for orders received with manufacturing defects, wrong items or transit damage.

You must reach out to our support team at service@BlackParademerch.shop and obtain formal approval before sending back any products.

Refunds


Full or partial refunds will be granted for goods that arrive damaged, faulty, mis-shipped or affected by severe shipping delays.

Visual evidence such as photos may be requested to verify your refund claim and speed up review.

For voluntary returns from personal preference, original delivery expenses are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed only after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items.

Exchanges


If we ship the wrong product or size by mistake, a free replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

If the issue results from customer selection errors, including wrong size, color or style, buyers shall bear all replacement and shipping expenses.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases


The following scenarios are excluded from return, exchange and refund eligibility:

  • Delivery problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Orders already in transit
  • Pre-order goods and custom items, excluding defective products
  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior support approval
  • Lost or stolen parcels confirmed as successfully delivered
  • Complications caused by customs inspection, local import rules or unforeseen force majeure events

Undeliverable Packages


Our team will send an email notification if your parcel cannot be delivered successfully.

We hold no liability for packages returned or discarded due to inaccurate or incomplete contact and address details provided by the buyer.

International Orders


Overseas shipments may be subject to additional customs taxes and import charges.

Return requests submitted solely to evade customs fees will not be approved in most cases.
